This year our awards categories will be as follows contingent upon enough eligible vehicles in the category to make an award meaningful.

Category Awards

1900 – 1947 Unmodified

This includes the antique pre-war cars that are in a configuration very consistent with the original manufactures intention for the look, performance, and feel of the vehicle. If your ’32 Ford has a small block Chevy engine and disk brakes, then proceed to “1900 – 1947 Modified”.

1948 – 1988 Unmodified

This unmodified class is for vehicles in a state very close to when they were originally manufactured. Any modifications should be minor and very consistent with the original manufactures intention for the look, performance, and feel of the vehicle.

1989 – Present Unmodified

Daily driven cars are welcome in this category as well as exotics and pre-release prototypes. Any modifications should be minor and very consistent with the original manufactures intention for the look, performance, and feel of the vehicle. This class is likely to be subdivided into model year ranges as enrolment increases.

1900 – 1947 Modified

This modified class is for pre-war cars that have been modified in some significant way. This includes everything from engine swaps and modified coachwork to hot rods based on pre-war chassis.[/color_box]

1948 – Present Modified

This modified class is for cars of all post-war years that have been modified in body shape, suspension, engine performance, or audio power. The import-tuned or sub-compact cars will fall into this category.  Built from scratch dune buggies and kit cars are also in this category.

Truck, SUV, Rock Crawlers, Off-Road, 4X4

This class is for all vehicles, either 2 or 4 wheel drive, that have or could have a large hitch or winch.

Motorcycles

All motorcycles will be in one class unless the entries permit a division. Both two and three wheeled motorcycles will be judged here. If your engine is between your legs then you have found your category.

“Alternative fuel/Electric/”green” Vehicles

Vehicles in this class are those that have unusual or modified drive trains for fuel economy, reducing our dependence on foreign oil or reduced emissions.

Race cars/Karts/Military/Experimental Vehicles

Most entries in this category are not street legal. Racing karts are welcome to display in this category along with full size race cars of any type such as SCCA road racing cars, stock cars, drag racing cars, or formula cars.
